How can I improve my laptop?

I'm looking to improve my laptop a little bit for game playing. I have a Lenovo T400. Here are my specs: Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26Ghz Ram: 2 GB DDR3 Video Card: Mobile Intel 4 Series Chipset family Windows Vista I'm thinking about getting 2 more GB's of ram, but I'm not sure if that's what's slowing me down or if it's the integrated graphics card. What do you think?
